Role Overview: As an Associate Builder, you are a curious and adaptable professional with a passion for using modern technology to improve real-world workflows. • Proactively bring new capabilities to the business before they are requested

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years experience using AI or automation tools to increase quality and efficiency of work; prefer 2+ years working with automation tools (i.e. Zapier)
  • Familiarity with one or more generative AI platforms (i.e. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude…)
  • Experience in building automations (i.e. Zapier, n8n, Airtable…)
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

What will help you succeed

  • Exceptional breadth of interest shown through tangible, self-initiated ventures or deep community involvement; you love trying new things and possess a demonstrated history of successfully pivoting or starting over in life and work
  • Adaptability and openness to new challenges
  • Strong sense of initiative and accountability
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive learning mindset
  • Confidence in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • High-level presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly

Operator GTM Engineer at Peek

Builds and deploys AI agents and automated workflows across GTM functions like inbound, outbound, and pipeline operations to drive efficiency and scale.

Mid Remote Posted 24 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Peek is the operating system powering the experiences industry - from museums and attractions to tours and activities. With over $7B in bookings, Peek’s AI-powered platform has helped thousands of merchants to increase revenues, save time, and deliver seamless guest experiences. Customers include MoMA, Whitney Museum, Seattle Aquarium, Bryant Park & Looping Group. The company has raised over $150 million from institutional investors Westcap, Goldman Sachs, and SpringCoast Partners. Learn more at www.peek.com.

As a remote-first company recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers and by Built In as a 2025 and 2026 Best Place to Work, we are a global team of “Peeksters” who “Obsess Over Our Customers,” “Accomplish Big Things,” “Collaborate With Purpose,” and “Get Better Every Day.

About the Role

Peek Pro is building AI-native GTM infrastructure — and this role exists to build and run it. You will partner day-to-day with RevOps to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows across the full GTM motion: inbound, outbound, campaign ops, and pipeline tooling.

This is a hands-on, business-first engineering role where you’ll identify inefficiencies, scope solutions, and ship them without waiting for a playbook. You will not be training models. You will be applying the best AI tools available to create compounding leverage across our go-to-market teams.

Who You Are

  • You come from a RevOps, BizOps, Operations, Analytics, or Product background.

  • You’ve worked in fast-paced tech environments (startups or growth-stage companies) where figuring things out and driving impact mattered more than fancy titles.

  • You have hands-on experience using AI tools — Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar — to solve real business problems and automate workflows.

  • You’re comfortable with Python or JavaScript — not a full-stack engineer, but able to build, connect, and ship things that work.

  • You’re outcome-driven: you focus on solving business problems, not training models from scratch.

  • You’re curious and scrappy, and you learn as you go — even without a clear playbook.

  • You can communicate complex AI concepts clearly to business teams and enjoy helping others learn.

  • You’re proactive by nature — you see what’s broken and move toward it.

  • You have a strong grasp of business context — you understand why a workflow matters, not just how to build it.

What You Will Build

  • Inbound lead triage and routing agents: AI-powered qualification and routing that creates faster response times, increases rep customer-facing time, and enables the PLG self-serve motion

  • Outbound reply automation: an AI layer that handles the repeatable, low-leverage steps of initial outreach - personalizing at scale and escalating to a human only when a qualified conversation is ready

  • Campaign setup automation: eliminate the manual rebuild cycle for conferences, webinars, ABM targeting, and CSM target lists so teams spend time on strategy, not setup

  • TAM expansion and market data enrichment: ongoing maintenance and expansion of Peek’s addressable market data - keeping core GTM fields accurate and continuously updated as a foundation for forecast integrity and outbound targeting (powered internally by tooling you will help maintain and improve)

  • Human-in-the-loop workflows: design flows where AI handles the repeating work and humans review, approve, or intervene at the right moments - ensuring quality without removing judgment where it matters

  • Agent infrastructure maintenance and improvement: co-own and evolve existing AI agents alongside RevOps leadership - refining rule sets, improving data structures, and expanding capabilities as the GTM stack grows. Examples include forecast tracking, pipeline analysis, and churn reason classification agents, with more to come as the fleet expands

  • Agent quality and efficiency: drive improvements to output quality and token efficiency across the agent fleet over time

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across GTM, RevOps, Sales, and Operations teams.

  • Build and integrate AI-powered tools using LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms — from quick prototypes to production internal tools.

  • Work with diverse data types — primarily text-based GTM data (email, conversation logs, lead info), with occasional audio or structured data integration depending on use cases.

  • Act as an internal AI consultant, guiding teams on what’s possible, where to start, and how to think about GTM automation.

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and services where they accelerate GTM impact.

  • Maintain and improve the agent fleet — monitoring quality, optimizing token usage, and expanding capabilities over time.

  • Stay current on LLMs, AI tools, and automation trends, bringing in what’s useful and relevant to GTM.

  • Partner with RevOps leadership to shape the AI/automation roadmap with a strong focus on near-term, measurable impact.

Core Stack

n8n, Claude (Anthropic), Pinecone, Supabase, Salesforce, Python scripting, and API integrations.

Experience with this exact stack is a plus — comfort learning it quickly is required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally starting in ops/analytics/revenue operations and transitioning into AI-driven or automation-heavy work.

  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs, automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make), or custom Python/JS scripts.

  • Comfortable with Python or JavaScript — able to build, connect, and ship things that work independently, without needing a large engineering team.

  • Strong understanding of business needs and how to use AI and automation to meet them.

  • Outcome-focused mindset — you measure success in efficiency gains, pipeline impact, and team capability, not lines of code.

  • Proactive and scrappy — you see inefficiencies and jump in to solve them, learning as you go.

  • Clear communicator — you can explain complex AI concepts to business teams and help them think about what’s possible.

  • Strong written and async communication skills in a remote environment.

  • Comfortable building and shipping independently without waiting for a full engineering team.

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a BI or data analyst role. You will not be building dashboards or writing SQL to answer reporting questions.

  • Not an ML engineering or research position. You will not be training models from scratch or building the next GPT.

  • Not a traditional software engineering role. This is hands-on, business-first AI work focused on applying existing tools to create real value — not building foundational models or infrastructure.

If you love to figure things out, move fast, use AI to make things better, and want your work to show up directly in pipeline, efficiency, and team capability metrics — this is the role.

Reporting

This role sits on the DAISY team (AI/Data org), with day-to-day direction from RevOps leadership on build priorities, roadmap, and GTM tooling.

The Interview Process

  • Interview with Recruiting Manager

  • Interview Hiring Manager

  • Assignment + Data Test

  • Interview with Director of Revenue Operations

  • Executive Interview with CMO

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Thanks for your interest in the Applied AI Practice at Nymbus. We've tried to make this process transparent and respectful of your time. Here's what it looks like, end to end:

  • Apply. Submit your rÊsumÊ through the posting. We'll ask two quick questions up front — your work authorization and your compensation expectations — so we can make sure we're aligned before either of us invests time.
  • A short video interview. If your background looks like a fit, we'll invite you to a brief one-way video interview you can record on your own schedule — a few questions, no live scheduling required.
  • A conversation with the hiring manager. A 1:1 conversation with the Director of Applied AI — partly for us to learn how you think, partly for you to dig into the role, the team, and whether it's the right fit for you.

Operator AI Engineer at SQLI

Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and AI solutions for enterprise clients using frontier models and coding agents.

Mid Posted 26 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

We Elevate. Digitally.

SQLI is a European leader in digital transformation and customer experience, helping major international brands drive growth through technology. From strategy to implementation, we design and deliver high-performance architectures and engaging digital experiences by combining advanced technologies, proven methodologies, and deep technical expertise.

With 2,200 people across 12 countries, we’re looking for passionate individuals who share our values: Creative Spirit, Commitment, and Forward Thinking.

Job Description

About the role

The AI Engineer is the build engine of our AI practice. You turn business requirements into working AI solutions, fast, using coding agents and frontier models, then take the ones that prove their worth into production with the security, compliance, and reliability that enterprise clients demand.

This is not a model-training role. We are not building or fine-tuning models from scratch. You build agentic workflows and LLM-powered applications on top of frontier models, wire them into real enterprise systems, and make them safe to run.

You will work as part of the delivery team alongside consultants, business analysts, and architects. The consultant carries the client relationship and the architect owns the hard architectural calls. You own the build and you make real engineering decisions, not just execute someone else’s spec. You are proactive about spotting better ways to build, and trusted to deliver without close supervision.

What you will do

  • Use coding agents to prototype AI solutions quickly against real client requirements, so the team can validate value before committing to a full build

  • Build, deploy, and maintain LLM-powered applications and agents that align with enterprise architecture principles and standards, with evaluation, monitoring, and token tracking in place from day one

  • Set up MCP connectors and permissions against client systems, taking real care over data handling, access control, and what an agent is and is not allowed to do

  • Build production solutions that meet client security requirements and European data protection obligations, including GDPR. This is not optional and not an afterthought

  • Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and architects to break business requirements down into solutions that are feasible, maintainable, and safe

  • Create reusable AI assets and accelerators for the practice, including skills, plugins, and MCP servers that make future engagements faster

  • Support Data & AI teams with best practices around AI-assisted development, documentation, and automation, and coach less experienced colleagues on agentic build patterns and security standards

  • Document deployment, upgrade paths, and maintenance so SQLI and our clients can own what you build after handover

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with AI-assisted development. You have shipped something real with Claude or another agent platform, not just followed tutorials

  • Strong TypeScript and/or Python for agentic glue code, custom MCP work, and evaluation

  • Experience building RAG applications

  • Hands-on with creating and using agent plugins, skills, and MCP servers for repeatable agentic workflows

  • Skilled at engineering the prompts and context that let agents do work as autonomously as is safe and sensible

  • Solid grasp of security, access control, and data protection (including GDPR) when building systems that act against real client data with real permissions

  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and automation

  • Able to take a prototype through to a production-grade build, not just one or the other

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, ideally from an agency or consulting setting

  • Proactive and autonomous, able to spot opportunities, make sound engineering decisions, and own delivery rather than wait to be told how to build

  • Business-level English, able to understand business requirements directly from clients and communicate clearly in calls and in writing

Nice to have

  • Familiar with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure AI infrastructure, as our primary cloud for production AI

  • Hands-on with Anthropic’s managed agent infrastructure (Claude managed agents, the agents API)

  • Prior work on evaluation methods for LLM outputs

  • Experience in e-commerce, or from an AI, agentic, or workflow automation background

  • Comfortable presenting technical work and learnings to a non-engineering audience

Additional Information

How we will work together

You will report into the Data & AI service line leadership and work as part of client delivery teams across the service line and the wider SQLI group. The role is primarily billable client work. You will occasionally join client sessions for technical depth, but the consultant carries the relationship. We are looking for someone who can own technical decisions on the build, not only execute, with room to grow toward an AI Architect track as the practice scales.

How to apply

Send a short note covering:

  1. One thing you have built recently with Claude Code or a Claude-based agent, with a link if possible

  2. How you would take an agent that touches real client systems from a quick prototype to something safe to run in production

  3. Your notice period and earliest start date

Why you’ll love working at SQLI?

  • A flexible remote working policy: 3 days per week
  • Continuous learning opportunities and certifications to support your development
  • Personalised support: career follow-up, diverse projects, and strong team collaboration
  • Regular rituals: internal communications on tech and AI topics, internal events, and meet-ups

Role

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will turn model capabilities into real product behavior. You will own problems end-to-end, from shaping model behavior, to building the systems around it, to ensuring it performs reliably in production.

This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, systems, and product, focusing on making AI actually work for users, not just in demos, but in real-world usage.

Focus

  • Build and ship AI features end-to-end (model → system → user experience)

  • Design and iterate on prompts, tools, memory, and agent workflows

  • Turn raw model outputs into structured, reliable, and predictable behaviors

  • Debug issues across the full stack (model, orchestration, infra, UX)

  • Optimize for latency, cost, and production reliability

  • Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance

  • Work closely with product and engineering to translate ambiguous problems into working systems

Tech Stack

  • Python

  • PyTorch / JAX

  • LLMs (OpenAI-style APIs, LLaMA, Qwen, etc.)

  • Inference / serving (e.g. vLLM)

  • Vector DB

Ideal Experience

  • Strong foundation in machine learning and modern neural network architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models

  • Ability to write clean, production-quality code

  • Comfort working across abstraction layers (model → infra → product)

  • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Bias toward shipping, iteration, and continuous improvement

Outcomes

  • ML models in production meet expected accuracy, latency, and reliability targets.

  • Production issues are identified quickly, debugged effectively, and root causes addressed.

  • Data pipelines, training loops, and inference systems are robust, reproducible, and maintainable.

  • Collaborates effectively with engineers, product, and research teams to deliver reliable ML-powered features.

  • Iterations on models and systems are driven by real-world signals and measurable improvements.

How We Work

The best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams. We make decisions collectively, move at rapid speed, striking a balance between shipping high quality work and learning. Joining our team requires the ability to bring structure, exercise judgment, and execute independently. Our goal is to put in hands of our users a truly magical AI product.

Interview process

If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach to schedule 3, but no more than 4 interviews.

Applications are evaluated by our technical team members. Interviews will be conducted via virtual meetings and/or onsite.

We value transparency and efficiency, so expect a prompt decision. If you've demonstrated the exceptional skills and mindset we're looking for, we'll extend an offer to join us. This isn't just a job offer; it's an invitation to be part of a team that's bringing AI to have practical benefits to billions globally.
